Woodland Kilns wants you to be completely happy with your order.  If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our quality when you receive your non-custom ornaments simply return them within 10 days for exchange or full refund of your purchase price, less shipping. (See Wedding Information below for personalized items.)  In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged shipment, ask the delivery person to wait while you open the package.  If that is not possible, contact the delivery service as soon as you open the package.  Save all delivery materials for them to inspect.  Email us for further assistance.

Privacy Policy

We, at Woodland Kilns, take your privacy very seriously.  We will never sell or share your email address or any other information you provide to any third parties for any reason.  Period.

Confidentiality

Most people are in the happy position of being able to tell everyone about their upcoming marriage or civil union.  But others may not wish their news to be spread before the event occurs for publicity or celebrity reasons.  Woodland Kilns doesn't care what your reason is:  your plans are your own, and we will hold your order in the strictest confidence.

Shipping Information

You may review the shipping charges for your order at any time by checking your shopping cart as you shop.

Continental U.S.: Most orders of less than a pound are shipped by USPS Priority Mail with tracking.  Larger orders may be shipped by USPS, FedEx, or UPS, with tracking, insured.  Orders over $100 are also shipped Signature Requested.  If your oversize order would require extra shipping charges in addition to those displayed in your cart, we would notify you by email before sending the order. If you request special expedited shipping, the increased costs will be charged to your invoice.

International Shipping:  Charges for international orders do not appear correctly in our shopping cart at this time.  International charges will be figured off-line. To request a quote before we process your order, indicate so in the shopping cart's Comments Box as you check out, or email us with your address and items.  All Duties and Taxes for your country are your responsibility for payment.

Discounts

We save overhead costs with our internet sales, and by not staffing for website telephone inquiries. Therefore, you will find that most of our online items are for sale through our website at 25% off the retail price.  We save production labor costs with volume orders, and we like to pass these savings on to our clients.  For your volume Keepsakes, Favors, and Commemoratives orders of the same item, we offer an additional 10%  discount for 25 or more items.

Low-Fire Process

Most of our items are porcelain with regular high-fire decorative images. You will find each item's properties listed in the details on its page.  Many of our Keepsake items are high-fire porcelain with low-fire decoration. Using this special low-fire process, we are able to create keepsake favors that are uniquely yours, at a price you can afford.  

Although not as durable as high-fire porcelain decoration, our low-fire keepsakes have a lasting finish, and can even be hand washed if necessary.  As you won't be cooking with them, tossing them into your dishwasher, or using them to pry open a stuck drawer, you will find them to be mementos to last a lifetime.

Wedding, Anniversary, Shower, and Family Reunion Orders

Due to the diverse nature of our porcelain item offerings, we do not keep stock in quantity. Be sure to order early so your items can be made and shipped in time for your needs. Please enter the date of your celebration in the Comments box in the shopping cart. We will ship your order as soon as possible, but if we cannot guarantee that your order will be received before your indicated date, we will contact you. 

The serious bits:  Please place your Keepsake order only when your plans, dates, and information are certain.

We cannot issue a refund for your personalized and/or large volume order if it is canceled after your ornament favors are made.  Your payment will be validated when you submit your order.  If you must cancel your order, and we are already in mid-production, we may still be at a point where we are able to salvage some of the materials for other orders.  If so, you will be refunded the cost of those supplies. Please email before ordering if you have any concerns.

Paying by Check or Money Order
The final page in our shopping cart will provide you with your order number which you should include in your mailing with your name, address, and payment.  We will receive your order online, but will not make the items until we receive your confirmation and verify your payment.  Mail your payment to:
